Definitions

Payment and Pricing

  • Payment for classes and workshops must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • Prices are listed on our Booking Page and may be subject to change.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 30-11 days before the start date: Full refund

  • 10-7 days before the start date: 50% refund

  • Within 7 days of the start date: Non-refundable

  • If we need to cancel the program, you will be promptly informed and refunded in full.

  • If you decide to quit after the first meeting, the payment will not be refunded.

Class Participation

  • Behavioral Expectations for Children's Singing Groups:

    • Full Body Listening: Use eyes, ears, and body to show attention.

    • Respect and Encouragement: Attend and participate fully, be respectful to fellow participants and teachers. No bullying or bad language will be tolerated.

    • Focus and Patience: Wait your turn and listen attentively.

  • Supporting Your Child's Progress at Home: Encourage regular practice and provide a positive environment.

  • What to Bring: Water bottle, relevant materials (e.g., lyrics or sheet music), comfortable clothing. Avoid bringing snacks.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating in our classes and workshops, you agree to hold Art by Keita at The Creative Cupboard harmless from any liability arising from accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the sessions.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during classes are the property of Art by Keita. Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission.

  • Artwork created by participants remains their property, but we reserve the right to use images of the work for promotional purposes with appropriate credit.

Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate any class or policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
